Frequently asked questions from concierge teams
How quickly can you respond when our team calls?
Within 30 minutes during winter season office hours (08:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week, December to late April). Outside of these hours, urgent calls from our partner properties are returned as soon as possible. For peak weeks (Christmas, February school holidays), it is recommended to alert us in advance of any guest with a known recurring condition.
Do you have NDA and confidentiality protocols in place?
Yes. The practice is single-practitioner by design, which already eliminates the typical disclosure risks of multi-staff clinics. Beyond this, written confidentiality agreements (NDAs) are available on request, tailored to your property's protocols. No guest name, room number or treatment detail is ever discussed externally.
[H3] What is your typical commercial arrangement with a property?
Two formats are common. Per-visit billing — the guest pays directly at the end of the session, and the property is invoiced only if it has chosen to absorb the cost. Bespoke seasonal retainer — agreed in advance with the property's management for properties wishing to offer included healthcare access. Terms are negotiated privately and tailored to each property.
Can you support our spa or wellness team during peak weeks?
Yes. During Christmas and February school holidays, partner spa managers can call directly to triage guest concerns that exceed the scope of a standard spa treatment — back lock-ups, post-ski musculoskeletal pain, post-massage flare-ups. We can also support the spa's own therapists with informal consultations on complex cases.
What kind of materials can you provide for our team?
A printed welcome guide (A5, sober design) for guest rooms or chalet wellness folders. A WhatsApp Business contact card for in-house briefings. Optional short introduction call or visit with your Front Office Manager, Head Concierge, Head Butler or Chalet Manager — we adapt to your time constraints.
Do you treat children and infants?
Yes. Respiratory physiotherapy for infants with bronchiolitis is a recognised specialty of the practice. Many families with young children request this discreetly at the chalet during winter — particularly when altitude or cold air triggers respiratory issues. Visits include evening and night-time emergencies when clinically warranted.
Are you available outside the winter ski season?
The practice operates fully during the winter season (December to late April). Outside this window, treatments are by appointment for ongoing clients and partner properties. Some properties choose to engage us for specific summer events or guest visits — please enquire directly.
